i went gym with another group of friends..

guess im out of practice.. haha!

tired out and aching!! omg!

training seems soo hard again!

went to do a check-up for my contact lenses..

happiness doesnt seems to be forever.. my contact lenses are taken back to change!!

its for my safety though..

another 1-2weeks of waiting..
